Roger Federer breaks Pete Sampras record by winning Wimbledon 2009

Roger Federer of Switzerland break world record of Pete Sampras for having won most number of grand slams in career by winning Wimbledon men's 2009 in a tough final match against Andy Roddick. Roger Federer beat Andy Roddick in a close 5-7, 7-6, 7-6, 3-6, 16-14 sets. The final match of Wimbledon lasted for 1 hour 35 minutes long in Centre Court which was one of the best tennis final match you have ever seen. Roger Federer winning his 6th Wimbledon title and 15th grand slam title passes Pete Sampras who won 14 grand slams. Andy Roddick was in the way to win his 2nd grand slam title after his only US Open title in 2003, but Roger Federer spoiled the party of Andy Roddick by winning the fantastic Sunday match. Switzerland's Roger Federer now holds the record for most grand slams titles.
